Software compatibility is mentioned in the extra information tab of each products (if applies). The used (e-commerce) software at the client side should be updated to the latest (sub) version in order to guaranty compatibility. If available, support and updates of a purchased product or service will be provided until a year after the purchase date.
12. SOFTWARE USAGE:
Use it for one website ONLY, unless multiple/unlimited licenses are purchased. Software purchased with the unlimited license option may ONLY be implemented in (e-commerce) websites that belong to clients from the purchaser.
Reselling / sharing purchased software is NOT ALLOWED.
Copyrights removal is NOT ALLOWED.
The licenses granted by Webit.bz terminate if you do not comply with these Terms & Conditions and in case there is any suspicion of non-compliance, this may also result in account termination.
13. RIGHT OF RETURN
There is no right of return for digital products.
The right of return is limited to the following conditions. The right of return is granted only if the licensor has had the possibility of analyzing the issue per FTP or any other remote-control software on the web-server of the licensee within five working days. Additionally, the refund will only be granted if the problem is not caused by any non-standard third party plugin that is not part of the original software package provided by the shopping cart developer, in case the licensee has not configured their webserver as required by the software and in case the licensee is not running the indicated shopping cart version.
Before purchasing a specific plugin / software package, the customer might request a full functioning demo to check if the software meets their requirements.
14. LIABILITY
The existing terms and conditions of business reflect the entirety of the obligations and liability on the part of Webit.bz concerning the delivery of products and the providing of all services.
Webit.bz is not bound to any other warranties, regulations or conditions besides those which are explicitly mentioned in the contract.
