How do I return an item?

Should initially contact the customer service department or send a related mail, which should list the products for return or change and the reason for return.

How much time do I have to return an item?

All returns must be made within 14 days of receipt of the product.

How will my money refunded?

You will receive an e-mail confirming that the refund shall be deemed valid and you will get back your money in the following ways:

  1. Instant refund in your account when you make your purchase online payment. The process can last up to 14 days, any received invoice or receipt must have been returned before this time.
What products are not eligible for refunds?

Digital (downloadable) products and products that are not licensed per domain.

What should I do if the refund amount is incorrect?

Contact the customer service and we will solve your problem as soon as possible.
